Change of LEI fees on companies

While the number of LEIs for companies is increasing, in order to continue stable LEI services, JPX/TSE will change LEI fees on companies as follows.

LEI allocation fee：10,000 yen per case

LEI renewal fee：8,000 yen per case

(Note)

The above fees will be applied from April 1, 2022.
The LEI allocation fee for companies shall be 7,000 yen per case when the company applies for LEI on the JPX-LEI portal site before the end of March 2022, and the LEI renewal fee for registered companies shall be 5,400 yen per case when the renewal date is before the end of May 2022.
Both LEI allocation fee and LEI renewal fee will not change for Funds.
The above amounts do not include tax.
